Processing & Shipping

Standard production time for custom orders is 5–7 business days after final proof approval, unless a different turnaround is stated on the product page. Production time begins when your final design proof is approved, not when the order is placed. Time spent gathering details, preparing the design, and reviewing revisions is additional.

Specialty items may require longer. Custom umbrellas require 7–10 business days after final proof approval. Please check the individual product listing for any specific turnaround.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is additional to production time. After your order is completed, U.S. shipping typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the carrier and service selected at checkout. Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Available USPS and UPS services and shipping rates are shown at checkout. Rates depend on the order, destination, product weight, and selected service. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships; carrier tracking may take time to update.

Rush Orders

Priority Rush Processing may be available for an additional $35, subject to scheduling. Please email admin@mrcustomdesigns.com with your needed-by date before placing or paying for a rush order so we can confirm availability. Rush processing gives your order priority in production; it does not include expedited shipping or guarantee a delivery date.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available only by prior arrangement and approval. It is not offered as a public checkout option. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arranging pickup.

Shipping Area

MR Custom Designs ships from Chicago within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
