Shipping policy

Normal processing time is 5 business days, not including shipping.  Custom Orders for apparel, cups, banners, or any type of memorabilia can take longer depending on the design submitted. 

You will also receive an email with a tracking number once orders are completed and shipped. Once orders are packaged and labeled, we take them to the USPS for shipping. Sometimes orders won't get scanned until delivered to it's destination. In those
situations be patient & call the Post Office for information. 99% of the time everything arrives as scheduled without issue.

Shipping to recipient depends on location in the United States. We ship from Chicago. 

Normally shipments take 2-5 days. Once the post office scans the parcels then the tracking numbers become ACTIVE, that's when progress can be checked on the USPS
website.
