Refund policy

Due to the nature of these products being Custom, All Sales are Final, no refunds can be made once the order is processed.

Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing, within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after evidence or the receipt of returned merchandise.

We will not replace the order if it is determined the order was used, misused, or mishandle by the buyer. MR Custom Designs will not refund any money for orders that were cancelled after they've been processed & shipped.
