How long does a custom order take?

Most custom orders require 5–7 business days after final proof approval. Some specialty products may have a different turnaround listed on the product page. Custom umbrellas may require 7–10 business days after proof approval.

Does shipping time include processing time?

No. Processing and shipping are separate. After your order is completed, U.S. shipping typically takes 2–4 business days.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Available USPS and UPS shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup is not available as a public checkout option. Pickup may be arranged privately for approved customers only.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. MR Custom Designs currently ships within the United States only.

Will I receive a proof?

For custom products that require design approval, a digital proof will be provided before production. Please review every detail carefully before approving it.

Can I make changes after approving my proof?

Contact us immediately. Once production has started, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply if a new item must be produced.

Can I use my own photo, logo, or design?

Yes. Upload the best-quality file you have. Clear, high-resolution images generally produce the best results. You must have permission to use any submitted artwork, logo, photo, or other protected material.

Do you offer rush orders?

Priority Rush Processing may be available for $35. Please email admin@mrcustomdesigns.com before purchasing rush processing to confirm your needed date. Rush processing does not guarantee a delivery date.

How should I care for custom apparel?

Wash garments inside out in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals. Tumble dry on low or hang dry when possible. Do not iron directly over the printed design.

How should I care for custom tumblers?

Hand washing is recommended to help preserve the custom finish. Do not soak for extended periods and avoid abrasive scrubbers.
