Custom Order Process

How Custom Orders Work

We want your custom order to feel simple, clear, and stress-free. Here is what to expect from start to finish.

1. Place your order. Select your product and complete checkout.
2. Submit your details. Upload your photo, logo, artwork, wording, names, dates, colors, or other requested information.
3. Design and proof. MR Custom Designs prepares your design and sends a digital proof for review when a proof is required.
4. Review carefully. Check all names, spelling, dates, colors, images, layout, and other details before approving your proof.
5. Approve your proof. Standard processing time begins after final proof approval.
6. Production. Most custom orders are completed within 5–7 business days after final proof approval unless a different turnaround is listed on the product page. Custom umbrellas may require 7–10 business days after proof approval.
7. Shipping. After processing is complete, U.S. shipping typically takes 2–4 business days. Available USPS and UPS rates are shown at checkout.

Need It Faster?

Priority Rush Processing may be available for an additional $35. Rush processing gives your order priority in production but does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Email admin@mrcustomdesigns.com before purchasing rush processing to confirm your needed date.
